We provide counsel to VC’s, owners, investors, governments, brands and teams. Investigating opportunities, developing ventures and identifying partnerships. Often reducing risks. Always adding value.
We have 14 years experience in football (namely with the Premier League) and a track record as a team, of closing commercial deals with a combined value in excess of £500M.
Our knowledge of iGaming is also impressive, and since 2002, we’ve worked in every facet of the industry. As operators, consultants, investors, regulatory contributors and product innovators - in lots of different markets. Collectively we’ve been responsible for generating hundreds of millions of pounds in gaming revenue and three successful exits (acquisitions).
Our pedigree speaks for itself. We remove the risks. Have genuinely influential contacts. And create rewarding commercial deals.
Our work is performed with the highest level of skill and the utmost discretion.
We’ve unearthed, pitched and brokered partnerships worth hundreds of millions of pounds worldwide.
Commercially we can help you close investment opportunities, broker acquisitions; identify sponsorship opportunities for brands; unearth partnerships for clubs; structure rights packages; help you activate rights or craft a merchandise & brand licensing strategy.
We also advise on broadcast standards/technical requirements; negotiate rights and develop strategies to maximise TV and digital revenue.
Our experience of iGaming is second to none. As founders and directors, we’ve run the likes of William Hill, Lottoland, CelebPoker, Boss Media, Turf TV, The Tote and other brands. As consultants, we’ve advised many global players, including Caesars Palace, Playtech, Harrahs, 32Red, Betway and more.
We provide strategic advice on turnaround projects; brokering commercial partnerships; business planning; new country/market expansion (feasibility studies & local partners); sponsorship; marketing; operational management; investment, mergers and acquisitions; startups, new ventures and product innovation; all within the mobile and online space.
We also own our own proprietary digital lottery platform that’s licensed by the UKGC.
